Why I’m Here

Having spent the last 12 years of my professional career in corporate IT, I decided to take some time away from full time work and immerse myself into the world of freelancing. I have always been passionate about building brands and being at the forefront of Client Engagement so when I was offered the opportunity to come and work for Tony as Head of Client Services I jumped in with both feet.

What I’ve Done

My previous roles have varied significantly from working as a Data Analyst for British Telecommunications, Compliance Management, Strategy Management as well as a number of Client Management related roles. I have worked extensively with both the Private & Public Sector and for both Multinational Corporations and SMEs. I enjoy variety in my work and because of the nature of what we offer here at Cool Code Company, there is plenty of it.

What’s Important

Client satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. It is at the forefront of everything I do and the main motivating factor throughout my workday. It is important that my clients trust me to do the right thing by them and work with them to achieve their objectives and exceed expectations wherever possible. Communication is extremely important to me as a client, so providing top notch communication to my clients is a given.

Outside Of Work

Outside of work, I enjoy being out in the open whether it’s simply walking my Greyhound (Monty) or Wild camping in the Scottish Highlands. I enjoy cooking and on occasion, I even enjoy tasting my own food! I’ve also recently picked up gardening as a hobby and am proud to say I now have my very own herb garden that i’m able to use in my own dishes.

On weekends, I can probably be found somewhere green or in one of the many new restaurants popping up in and around Newcastle.
